Miami’s New $1.05 Billion Master-Planned Development

Joel Greene here from Condo Hotel Center.  Today’s featured property is one I’ve been anxiously waiting to tell you about for many months.  Finally, the light has turned green, and I finally have the developer’s go-ahead to talk about one of the most exciting projects being created in South Florida.

Brickell City Centre is the single largest development currently underway anywhere in Miami and South Florida.  It is a $1.05 billion (yes, billion with a “B”), master-planned city within a city.

Let me give you some perspective.  This massive project, already under construction, combines residential, commercial, retail and hotel properties into a complex spanning four long city blocks.

Brickell City Centre is projected to create 1,700 construction jobs per year for four years, over 6,000 direct and indirect jobs after completion, and it will have an approximate $1 billion in overall economic impact.

Two towers in this massive development will be luxury residential condominium, but only one is being made available at this time, and that’s the opportunity I’m featuring today.  I’ll tell you more about Brickell City Centre in a minute, but first let me describe the condos, which have just been released for pre-construction sales.

Residences at Reach

Reach Brickell City Centre will be a 43-story residential tower.  It will be artfully integrated into Brickell City Centre, floating high above a luxury shopping center.

Located on 9.1 acres along South Miami Avenue, between 8th Street and 6th Street, it will have a total of 383 luxury condominiums delivered fully finished with imported marble floors.

Reach Brickell City Centre will be a 43-story condominium tower.

In addition to the many wonderful features that Brickell City Centre will offer, which I’ll tell you about shortly, Reach Brickell City Centre will have its own spectrum of amenities:

• Poolside beverage and café service
• Exclusive spa for residents’ use with shared Hammam featuring dipping pools, showers and steam. Also treatment rooms and mani-pedi station
• Fitness center with individual fitness studios and machine room
• Tech-savvy children’s playroom, viewable from fitness center
• Library with private seating nooks for reading or socializing
• Equipped business center with meeting room
• Fully furnished entertainment suite for parties
• On-premise concierge
• Valet parking

Reach will have 383 luxury condos in a wide variety of sizes and floor plans.

Miami Mega-Project:  Brickell City Centre

The master-planned Brickell City Centre development will be located in the heart of Miami’s financial district and is destined to become a city landmark.  It will create an urban environment that energizes the area as a destination where people will live, work and be entertained.  Let me give you some of the stats on this project so you can get a sense of its size and diversity.

Brickell City Centre will encompass a hotel, condos, offices, stores, restaurants, clubs and more.

• 263 hotel rooms
• 89 serviced apartments
• 625,000 sq. ft. shopping center
• 131,651 sq. ft. wellness center
• 128,580 sq. ft. of Class A offices
• 2,600 parking spaces

The development will also have an innovative climate-control architectural feature so people can walk in comfort between stores and restaurants.  It will incorporate key transportation centers with the Miami Metromover while offering easy access to Interstate 95.

A central location and public transportation will provide easy access to Brickell City Centre.

Spectacular Condos at Reach

Residences at Reach Brickell City Centre will have terraces offering views of Biscayne Bay, Miami River and the downtown Miami city skyline.  They will be delivered with choice of two interior finish packages including Italian cabinetry and imported marble floors.

The kitchen will come with a premium Bosch appliance package, quartz stone counter tops and a Uline 48-bottle temperature-controlled wine storage rack.  The master bedroom will feature over-sized, walk-in closets.  The designer bath will have modern Italian cabinetry by Italkraft, elegant soaking tub with frameless glass-enclosed shower, quartz stone vanity top, and imported marble flooring with geometric mosaic marble tile walls in wet areas.

A 625,000 sq. ft. shopping center will be one of the core components of Brickell City Centre.

Reach Brickell City Centre is being designed by the extraordinary architectural firm Arquitectonica, the preeminent designer of most of South Florida’s distinctive high-rises.  Interiors are by renowned design firm Richardson Sadeki, and landscape architecture by Arquitectonica GEO.

Pre-construction Pricing

The condos at Reach Brickell City Centre should be complete by the end of 2015.  However, they can be reserved now at first-tier, pre-construction prices.  Choose from floor plans with one-to-three bedrooms, ranging in size from 871 sq. ft. to 2,740 sq. ft.  They range in price from $490,000 to $1,990,000.

Miami’s Rockefeller Center

As the future home to influential fashion brands, uncommon entertainment venues, chef-driven restaurants, an innovative wellness center, offices and a high design hotel, Brickell City Centre will be a world-class destination.  It’s already being described as the Rockefeller Center of Miami.

Brickell City Centre is expected to draw visitors to downtown Miami from around the world.

Every time I drive through downtown Miami, I’m amazed at the construction going on. The city is going through a rebirth the likes of which I’ve never seen before.
