Benefits of
Using a Buyer's Agent When
Purchasing a Condo Hotel Unit
Q:
Can I get better prices buying condo hotel units using
you as our buyer's agent?
A:
There is no cost benefit
to you for using a buyer's agent when you purchase
a condo hotel unit whether that individual is me or
another realtor. The prices are non-negotiable, and
they already include a brokerage commission. That
commission is either paid to the in-house broker who
is working for and looking out for the developer,
or it is shared between the in-house broker and someone
like myself, a buyer's agent who is looking out for
the buyer's best interests.
Where I can help you most as a buyer's agent is in
knowing the product and getting you brochures and
other detailed information such as property comparisons
and area history all of which will enable you to make
an informed decision. Furthermore, I can help you
find financing and legal assistance if necessary.
Lastly, if you sign up for our Property
Alert newsletter, I can make you aware
of new properties about to come on the market, giving
you the opportunity to get in the early stages of
development when prices are at their lowest, thus
maximizing your potential future profits.
