Park Grove is being developed by two of South Florida’s most experienced builders, Terra Group and The Related Group.  Pritzker Prize-winning architect Rem Koolhaas’s OMA division designed the towers.  The lobby and amenity areas were designed by William Sofield, and the six acres of lush gardens were designed by Swiss-born landscaping artist Enzo Enea.

Groundbreaking on Park Grove is scheduled for early 2015, with completion of phase 1, including towers two and three, a majority of the amenities and a bank that is being built beneath Tower 1, projected for spring 2017.

The three towers of Park Grove will have a total of 256 residences.  Currently, the developer is only taking reservations for the condos in towers 2 and 3.  They range from one- to four-bedroom units and 747 to 3,592 square feet plus expansive balconies.  Prices range from $530,000 to $4.5 million.
