Nashville to Get Its First Condo Hotel

When you think of Nashville, music is what instantly comes to mind. Nashville is the home of the country music industry, with a slew of record labels, radio stations, and recording studios. You can visit live venues that feature established artists as well as up-and-comers hoping for their big break.
Whether or not you dig country music, Nashville is a fun, vibrant city. Today, I’m delighted to offer you information on what will be Nashville’s very first condo hotel. Read on for details.
A Perfect Second Home
Voce Hotel & Residences will be a 25-story luxury condo hotel, the first one ever built in Nashville, TN. Expected to be a five-star luxury property, it will feature a boutique hotel with 116 rooms and 194 condo hotel residences. The residences are what I am offering you today.
As a condo hotel, you’ll be able to use your residence when you’d like and place it in the hotel’s rental program to earn revenue when you’re not there.
Maintaining high occupancy rates shouldn’t be a problem. Tourism in Nashville has reached record numbers, with 9.5 million hotel nights sold in 2022 and demand projected to grow in 2023 and beyond. With 15 million visitors to Nashville, demand for hotel rooms was up 27% in 2022.

Expansive Residences
Voce’s condo hotel residences will be designed for short- and long-term stays, to be handled by Voce boutique hospitality and management. They’ll reflect quality in every detail and will be delivered with the following features:
- Two designer finish options
- 9-10’ ceiling heights
- Smart thermostats and entry locks
- European-style cabinetry
- Stainless steel appliances
- Premium quartz countertops
- Tiled kitchen backsplashes
- Spa-inspired primary bathrooms
- Wine refrigerators and other upgrades available
Owners who wish to participate in the rental program must purchase an FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) package.
An Appealing Location
While country music and barbecue remain at the heart of Nashville, the Tennessee city has been evolving, welcoming a more diverse population with a wider range of interests. Now, Music City includes street art murals, coffee shops, craft breweries, and upscale dining, along with its iconic live-music venues and down-home hospitality.
Voce’s location along Nashville’s bustling West End corridor is convenient to many of the city’s best restaurants and retail areas loved by locals and tourists alike.
For nightlife, you can’t beat Broadway. The wide street is flanked by multi-story, neon-lit honky-tonks (bars and clubs where live country music is played), each with a different live act. Nashville has it all – things to do, great food, incredible history (especially if you’re a Civil War buff), awesome music, and an abundance of good energy.

- Nashville is within a 4-hour flight radius of most major cities in the U.S., including Los Angeles and New York.
Prices Start at $535,000
Construction on Voce is expected to begin in early 2024 and should be complete by early 2026. A variety of floor plans are available including studios and units with one to three bedrooms. Square footage ranges from 611 to 1,436 sq. ft.
The residences cost from $535,000 to $1,550,000. There are also several penthouses that can be customized to include up to six bedrooms with a price range of $1.6 million to $3 million.
Owners who’d like to participate in the hotel program to receive revenue must purchase a furniture and design package that ranges from $30,000 to $50,000, depending on the size of the residence.

Come to Tennessee Y’all
I started this write-up talking about Nashville’s country music industry, but that’s not all Tennessee has to offer. Here are some interesting facts I came across:
- Tennessee is the birthplace of Mountain Dew, invented in the 1940s.
- Tennessee is tied with Missouri for the title of “most bordered state.” It borders eight states – Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Arkansas, Missouri, Georgia, Mississippi and Alabama.
- A staggering 6,000 songs are performed each year at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
- Tennessee is home to the most visited national park in the U.S., the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It beats the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone and Yosemite.
- Machine-spun cotton candy was invented in Nashville by a dentist and candy maker. It was introduced with great success at the 1904 World’s Fair.
- Tennessee is home to over 10,000 caves and caverns, many of which are thousands of years old, attracting spelunkers from around the world.
- Graceland, Elvis Presley’s world-renowned home, has over 600,000 visitors annually, making it one of the most visited house museums in the country, second only to the White House.
- Tennessee has about 30 distilleries. Whiskey and moonshine were Tennessee staples prior to the Civil War with hundreds of distilleries. Unfortunately, most were wiped out during Prohibition.
