Panama Condo Hotel with Special Discount for CHC Clients

Earlier this week, I was in Panama City, Panama to meet with the developer team of what will soon be the Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences.
It’s a to-be-built, beachfront resort that I first told you about a few weeks ago, before any public announcements about the development. I had a chance to tour the land for the development and flew by helicopter to get a full perspective of the location. I was impressed.
The official launch of the property took place this week. It was exciting to see the tremendous enthusiasm for this project with plenty of serious buyers on hand. At the launch party, the developer announced the release of the highly desirable, three-bedroom, direct oceanfront residences, which had previously been held back.

In case you aren’t familiar with the name, Margaritaville resort properties are the brand associated with Jimmy Buffett. They offer a high standard of hospitality and amenities as well as a carefree, laid back, tropical vibe.
Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences Playa Caracol, Panama will consist of three mid-rise buildings with 181 luxury condo residences and 80 cottages, all of them just steps from a Pacific, white-sand beach.
The condos and cottages will be operated like a condo hotel. Owners will have the option of placing their vacation home into the Margaritaville rental program to earn revenue when they’re not there.

Adventure Awaits in Playa Caracol
Playa Caracol, Panama, is just 75 minutes from downtown Panama City (or only 15 minutes if you packed your helicopter). It’s known for its pristine, seven mile long, white sand beach, warm Pacific waters and proximity to the Chame Mountains.
A world-class eco-tourism destination, it’s a lush tropical paradise full of waterfalls and lagoons. Enjoy diving, wind surfing, fishing and other water sports. The nearby towns have restaurants, supermarkets, tennis courts, golf courses and shops.
Getting to Panama City is easy. Many major U.S. cities offer direct flights, such as New York, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, and Dallas. Canada and many countries in Europe also have direct flights.
$10,000 Gift Certificate
The development team plans to start construction on Margaritaville Panama in December of 2024 and to begin operations in the second half of 2027.
As I mentioned at the top, I was able to negotiate a special incentive for Condo Hotel Center buyers. The developer will give you a $10,000 gift certificate to apply to the purchase price. But you must reserve a unit by Oct. 31, 2024. A reservation requires a $5,000 fully refundable deposit.
Prices Start at $338,000
Margaritaville Playa Caracol has condos with one- to-three bedrooms, as well as three-bedroom, two-story cottages. All residences will be delivered fully equipped with appliances, air conditioning, fixtures and finishes.
Prices for the unfurnished residences range from $338,290 to $907,862. Furniture packages are available separately and must be purchased if you plan to participate in the rental program.
