Cap Cana is a master-planned, gated, luxury resort community located on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. Il Lago at Cap Cana will be located in the middle of the Cap Cana development, just a short trip from the Punta Cana International Airport.

Il Lago will contain 138 spacious condominiums spread across nine buildings that surround a picturesque lake. The community will have a full complement of amenities including:

The Dominican Republic is nestled between the islands of Cuba and Puerto Rico in the heart of the Caribbean and only 670 miles southeast of Florida. The Cap Cana community on its eastern shore is an ecological wonderland with miles of beaches, towering cliffs, golf, an equestrian center, an eco-adventure park and a yacht marina.

Il Lago is located just minutes from Las Iguanas Golf Course, a Jack Nicklaus course (under construction), Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course considered the best golf course in the Caribbean with eight oceanfront holes and 15 of its 18 holes overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

The Punta Cana area, which includes Cap Cana, also has more than a dozen pro-level golf courses and has hosted the PGA Champions Tour three times.  The golf courses have been designed by world-class golf course architects including Pete Dye, PB Dye, Gary Player and Tom Fazio.

Boaters will also appreciate that Il Lago is near the biggest inland marina in the Caribbean, Cap Cana Marina with the option to park one’s yacht or rent a boat for the day.  Other activities available in the Cap Cana area include world-class fishing, polo, sailing, eco-trail hiking, zip-lining, horseback riding and cave expeditions.

Construction on Il Lago started in March 2017 and is scheduled for completion by December 2018. The first phase of Il Lago will include 51 condos scattered among four buildings, and those can currently be reserved.

The condos range from one to three bedrooms and 1,107 sq. ft. up to 4,021 sq. ft. for the largest penthouse. Prices range from $302,000 to $1,236,000.
