I can’t really claim to be someone cultured or into art. When I go to a new place, I’m a lot more likely to hit the beach or the area restaurants than go to a museum. But there’s a city here in Florida where you have easy access to both – Tampa.

Construction Status
The plans for Marina Pointe are to break ground on Phase 1 of the towers/townhomes by the end of 2019. Phase 1 will include 120 total units consisting of 113 residences and seven townhomes.
The construction should be completed approximately 24 months later toward the end of 2021. The dates for the following two phases are to be determined.
The developer is BTI Partners, established in South Florida’s residential market for more than three generations. BTI is also the developer of the award-winning condo hotel, The Grove Resort & Spa in Orlando, one of our most popular properties.
A Variety of Floor Plans
Currently for sale at Marina Pointe are the 120 units in Phase 1. They include 113 condo residences and seven townhomes. The condos range in size from two bedrooms to four bedrooms and 1,831 sq. ft. to 3,157 sq. ft. Prices range from $699,000 to $2,199,000. Pricing on the townhomes is available upon request.

An Architectural Wonder
At the top I told you a bit about the Dalí Museum, which contains the largest collection of Dalí’s works outside of Spain. The museum building is just as impressive as the masterpieces inside.
One of the architectural elements is called the Glass Enigma. It’s composed of 1,062 glass triangles that are visible from the outside, standing 75 feet at its tallest point, a 21st century homage to the dome that adorns Dali’s museum in Spain.
On the inside, is a free-standing spiral staircase inspired by the art of its namesake. Evidently Dalí was obsessed with spirals. To test the structure’s stability, architect Yann Weymouth called in two rugby teams. Rather than simply walk the stairs, the men danced to disco music to complete the stress test. It passed, as you’ll see when you visit.
I’ve never played rugby, and it’s been a very long time since I’ve done disco, but I can offer you lots more information about the condos at Marina Pointe.
