A resort-style development, Magic Village by Pininfarina will consist of 459 townhomes surrounding six lakes in Kissimmee, Florida. It will be part of a larger community called Magic Place by Pininfarina that will contain 300,000 sq. ft. of retail stores, restaurants, entertainment, a luxury hotel and a 300-unit apartment building.
A gated community, Magic Village will have a clubhouse with a large swimming pool, sauna and fitness center. Other amenities include a restaurant, multi-purpose sports court, tennis court, kids’ room and meeting space.
The resort will also have a 24-hour front desk, concierge services and a convenient shuttle to the local theme parks.
Recognized worldwide for brands such as Ferrari and Rolls-Royce, the Italian design firm Pininfarina is behind this luxury development. The townhomes will be built in six phases between 2023 and 2025. They’ll come in three- and four-bedroom styles and be contemporary in design.
The open-concept kitchens will have a pantry, breakfast nook, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. And each of the townhomes will have outdoor living rooms, which can be upgraded with a summer kitchen and/or outdoor spa.
Because Magic Village won’t have any minimum or maximum usage restrictions, owners can choose to use their townhome occasionally as a vacation home or year-round if they prefer.
Owners also have the option of placing their townhome in the onsite rental program when they’re not using it and receiving rent revenue. The program will be managed by the world-class hospitality company Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Additionally, owners can rent the home out on their own using a rental program such as Airbnb or VRBO.
