Construction on Alina Residences is expected to begin in late 2018 and to be completed by the end of 2020, but condos can be reserved now at pre-construction prices.

Buyers can choose from floor plans with one to four bedrooms, ranging in size from 1,392 sq. ft. to 4,861 sq. ft. Prices start at $863,000 and go up to $4,871,000.

The developer is currently finalizing plans with SunTrust Bank to pre-approve the entire development and allow financing.
