La Sirene Residences in Ambergris Caye, Belize
Amazing Views of the Caribbean Sea
July 24, 2020
Hello. Joel Greene here from Condo Hotel Center. I hope this note finds you doing well.
My family continues to stay close to home as this pandemic rages on. Both of my daughters have moved back home.
They graduated the University of Central Florida, with little fanfare thanks to Covid-19, but I’m still incredibly proud of them. Hopefully, I’ll soon be telling you they’re both employed. They’re working on it.
If there is a silver lining in being stuck in the house with my recent college graduates, it is that boredom and the internet have turned them into master chefs. They’ve recently been into making those trendy charcuterie boards.
Even breakfast is now a big production. I love it!
Well, I know you don’t read my Property Alerts to hear about food. So without further waffling, let me get right to today’s featured property.
Steps from the Beach
La Sirene Residences will be a luxurious condo development on the tropical island of Ambergris Caye in Belize. It will consist of eight, five-story buildings. Each of its 126 residences will offer views of the Caribbean Sea, the harbor or the lazy river. And the entire development is just a few steps to the beach.
Plenty of Amenities
La Sirene will have resort-like amenities including:
- Restaurant & Bar
- Large resort pool & lazy river
- Gym & fitness center, fully equipped
- Full-service spa
- Daily excursions to scuba, snorkel and fish
Additionally, La Sirene will feature the first harbor on Ambergris Caye. It will have 50 slips and will be able to accommodate vessels of up to 60-feet. Boaters will also have access to cable, WIFI and VIP white glove service.
Premium Condo Features
The individual condo residences at La Sirene will have flow-through designs and spectacular views. They’ll feature contemporary styling and have private balconies.
The kitchens will have Euro-style custom wood cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless steel GE Profile appliances. And the master bathrooms will be spa-like with cultured-stone walk-in showers.
Ambergris Caye
Ambergris Caye is the largest Island in Belize and was named by Trip Advisor as the “Best Island in the World,” in 2013 and 2014. Along with nearby San Pedro Town, you’ll find plenty of dining destinations and quaint shops. But the real draw, of course, are the beaches.
Because of Ambergris Caye’s immediate proximity to the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the second longest barrier reef in the world behind Australia’s, a big draw for visitors is the recreational water activities available such as snorkeling and scuba diving.
For the fishing enthusiast, Ambergris Caye is one of the few places anglers can accomplish the Grand Slam – catching a Permit, Tarpon and Bonefish, all on the same outing.
A short 15-20 minute commuter plane ride or water taxi ride puts you into Belize City, where you can explore the magnificent rain forest areas and spectacular ancient Mayan cities. Go zip lining over the rain forest canopy and cave tubing in Belize’s amazing cave system.
Belize is less than three hours from many U.S. cities making it easy to get plenty of use of your tropical vacation home:
- Houston – 2 hours
- Miami – 2 hours
- Atlanta – 3 hours
- Dallas – 3 hours
Hotel Rental Program
La Sirene is expected to have a hotel brand, but the details have not yet been finalized. Owners will have the option of placing their condo in the hotel’s rental program when they’re not there, earning revenue that will defray the costs of ownership.
Construction on La Sirene is well underway. It was started in 2016 and is expected to be complete by winter 2021.
The condos are available in a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,024 to 2,500 sq. ft. They’re priced from $510,000 to $1,100,000. An additional eight four-bedroom penthouses have a whopping 12,500 sq. ft. and a $5.5 million price tag. Attractive financing options are available.
Want to know more? I’ve got plenty of additional details in my La Sirene data sheet, yours for the asking at the link below.
Request the La Sirene data sheet here.
As I mentioned at the top, it’s been nice having my girls back home, and it will be even nicer not having to pay college tuition in the fall. The only downside might be that with all their culinary experiments, I might find myself putting on the Covid 15!
Again, request the La Sirene Residences data sheet here if a second home in tropical Belize sounds appealing. Or call me if there’s a different location or price point you’re seeking and I’ll be happy to make some recommendations.
Stay safe during these challenging times. I wish you all the best.
