Grand Birch LLC is a family development team with over four decades of real estate experience. The company has built many luxury condominiums and office buildings throughout the U.S. and Canada, including such premier South Florida projects as Aventura Corporate Center, The Courts, The Cosmopolitan on South Beach, and Brickell on the River (North and South).
The architect for Privage is Adache Group Architects. Based in Fort Lauderdale, the firm has been in business for 40 years and has designed over 300 hotels, resorts and condo-hotels, as well as over 30,000 condominium residences.
The interior design at Privage is being handled by Zelman Style Interiors, which for more than two decades has specialized in high-end residential and commercial interiors around the world.

Privage will be located on the widest stretch of Ft. Lauderdale’s Intracoastal Waterway, just one block from miles of golden beaches. Residents at Privage will enjoy easy access to Ft. Lauderdale’s International Airport and its world-class ship port, Port Everglades.
Just minutes from Privage are numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, chic boutiques, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, extraordinary restaurants and sophisticated nightlife.
Stroll along the Riverwalk Arts & Entertainment District, which features such premier cultural attractions as the Florida Grand Opera, Broward Center for the Performing Arts and the Museum of Art. Construction Begins in 2015
Construction on Privage is expected to begin by April 2015 and to be complete by the end of 2016. As I mentioned earlier, this is a limited collection of just 22 residences. They’ll range from 3,343 to 4,644 square feet plus spacious balconies. In other words, these are huge residences, larger than most single family homes.
Included in the 22 condos will be two 5,000 sq. ft. mezzanine penthouses and two 10,000+ sq. ft. grand penthouses with private rooftop terrace. If the regular condos are huge, then it should be no surprise that these penthouses are gigantic!
What does all this space and luxury cost? Preconstruction pricing begins at $2.1 million and goes up to $3.4 million. Condos can be reserved now with a 10% deposit.
