Quivira Golf Club spans 7,085 yards. It’s located within Quivira Los Cabos, where the St. Regis is located. The routing of its Jack Nicklaus Signature course starts on the beach, then climbs to higher ground for unparalleled views of the Pacific.
Plenty to Do in Los Cabos
One of Mexico’s premier tourism destinations, Los Cabos is home to outstanding spas, award-winning restaurants, top-ranked golf courses and amazing tours, activities and adventures. It’s located on the tip of the 800-mile long Baja California Peninsula, with the Sea of Cortez on one shore and the Pacific Ocean on the other.

Rental Program
St. Regis, Los Cabos will be operated by Marriott, which owns the St. Regis Brand and has one of the best reservation programs in the world. Owners at the St. Regis can choose to participate in the onsite rental program to generate revenue when they’re not using their condo or villa.
Participation in the rental program is not mandatory, giving you the freedom to use your home whenever and however you want.
Construction Status & Pricing
Construction is already underway on the St. Regis, having begun in January 2020. Completion is expected to be spring 2023.
Currently available for sale are 10 three- and four-bedroom condos starting at $3,150,000 and 9 six-bedroom ocean villa homes starting at $8,950,000. Living in Paradise doesn’t come cheap.

The Downside of Living in the Tropics
If you’ve been reading my Property Alerts for a while, you know I love living in South Florida. But there is a downside. This!
That’s the back windshield of my car. Wondering what happened? I was too when I saw it. It didn’t take long to figure it out.
I was parked under a tree for shade. Turns out it was a mahogany tree, which is common in tropical landscapes like Florida. What I didn’t know is that mahogany trees grow fruit, and that’s what was sitting on the backseat of my car, having crashed right through my windshield!
Other than bizarre fruit smashing your windshield, living in the tropics is pretty fantastic, especially in winter when you know everyone up north is contending with snow and below-freezing temps.
