Sycamore Orlando Resort New Condo Hotel 10% Leaseback Program
Prices Start at $149,480 for One-Bedroom Residences

In a galaxy far, far away – well, not really so far – Orlando, Florida will soon have a major new attraction.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is a 14-acre all-new “land” with an estimated $1 billion price tag that will fully immerse guests in the Star Wars universe at Disney World’s Hollywood Studios. It will be the largest land within a theme park that Disney has ever built and the most expensive theme-park expansion ever!
Galaxy’s Edge will include rides, restaurants, shops, and plenty of characters from stormtroopers to Chewbacca and C-3PO doing meet-and-greets. The two main attractions within this new land will be the rides:
- Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run – Fly the Millennium Falcon on a thrilling interactive smuggling mission. Opening Aug. 29, 2019.
- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance – Join the Resistance in a climactic battle against the First Order. Opening Dec. 5, 2019.
This new Star Wars land is destined to attract millions of additional visitors from around the globe to Disney World and Orlando in the coming years.
Whether or not you’re a Star Wars fan, this information makes today’s featured condo hotel property all the more attractive because it’s located just a few miles from Disney World. Read on for details.
Orlando’s Newest Condo Hotel
Sycamore Orlando Resort will soon become Orlando’s newest condo hotel. Spanning nearly 10 acres, it will consist of six buildings, each seven stories tall, and a total of 380 condo hotel units.
Owners of the condo hotel units will have a first-class, luxury vacation home in Orlando and the option of receiving rent revenue through the onsite rental program when they’re not in residence, helping to offset their ownership costs.
Construction on Sycamore is expected to begin in December 2019 with the first of the six buildings completed by December 2020 and the last completed by December 2021.

Spacious Residences
The condo hotel units at Sycamore Orlando Resort will have open-concept living areas. They will be delivered fully furnished and decorated to the highest standards of luxury and comfort. Kitchens and baths will feature contemporary cabinetry and quartz countertops.
Just Minutes from Disney World
Centrally located, Sycamore Orlando Resort will be close to everything that makes Orlando great including Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios’ theme parks; Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and Volcano Bay water parks; world-class sports facilities at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex; and hundreds of dining, shopping and entertainment venues. The resort is also just a 30-minute ride from Orlando International Airport.
With 72 million visitors in 2018, Orlando is the most visited city in the United States and is continually adding new attractions, which will help Sycamore achieve high occupancy rates.
Attractive Leaseback Program
To make the property more attractive to buyers while it’s building name recognition and its marketing program, the developer is offering a seller leaseback program.
For two years after completion of the property, Sycamore Orlando Resort will guarantee a 10% return based on purchase price. If profits are higher than 10%, the owner gets the additional profits. The seller will also cover all HOA fees during this period.
During this two-year period, owners can still use their unit up to 30 days a year, except during the blackout months of January, July and December.
Additionally, when a condo hotel unit is purchased with at least 50% cash up front, the owner will immediately start receiving a .5% ROI monthly on their entire initial deposit, up to 100% of the purchase price.
First-Release Prices Start Below $200,000
Sycamore Orlando Resort has floor plans with one, two and three bedrooms. They range in size from 680 square feet to 1,483 square feet.
Prices are extremely affordable, ranging from $149,480 to $360,915. The cost of furnishings is not included in the purchase price. Furnishing packages range from $19,000 to $32,500, depending on the size of the unit. Furnishings are optional for owners who elect not to place their units into the rental program.
