Back in late 2018, I first introduced you to The Avalon, Clearwater Beach. This will be a spectacular condo hotel right on the beach, which is why the developer quickly sold all 34 units.
One of the first buyers in the project, for personal reasons, has decided to sell at this time. And the developer has given him permission.

Also worth noting is that Clearwater Beach has been voted the #1 beach in the U.S. for the past two years.
The area’s occupancy rates jumped last year from 77.8% to 82%. Of course, COVID-19 has had an impact, but Clearwater has been gradually reopening for business. In fact, the developer owns several other rental properties in the area that are already 100% booked the month of June.
