No Rental Restrictions
The Crosby will have no rental restrictions, so owners can use their condos as they’d like. They can live there full time, use it occasionally as a second home, or consider it an investment.

A Quality Development Team
The property is being developed by a team that includes The Related Group and Merrimac Ventures. Groundbreaking on The Crosby is scheduled for early 2023. Construction is expected to be complete by early 2025.
The Crosby will have studios, and one- and two-bedroom condos, ranging in size from 350 sq. ft. to 825 sq. ft.
The property has just been released for pre-construction sales. First-tier prices range from $330,000 to $746,000, although there are a limited number of condos available at family-and-friends pricing. All condos are delivered fully finished and furnished, ready for use.
