The Crosby Miami Worldcenter
Upscale, Uber-convenient Urban Living from $330,000
Hello, Joel Greene here from Condo Hotel Center.
I live in Pembroke Pines, Florida, a suburb of Miami. I’m in a peaceful, gated subdivision on a low-traffic street where most neighbor conversations have to do with lawncare, garbage pickup and the school bus schedule.
While this lifestyle suits me (and most housecats), it does mean that I have to get in my car and drive if I need anything – groceries, a haircut or a beer with a friend. I understand that isn’t for everyone.
So here’s an alternative. Live in a beautiful high-rise condo with amazing views and fabulous amenities. Forget about the lawn and pool maintenance; they’re not your responsibility.
Take the ultra-fast elevator down from your home, step out your door and within minutes you have your choice of restaurants, shops big and small, and nightlife. If you own a car – great. If not, public transportation is super-convenient.
The property I’m featuring today offers that chic, urban lifestyle. It’s a new high-rise to be built in Miami Worldcenter.
Miami Worldcenter is a $4 billion, 27-acre development with approximately 300,000 sq. ft. of retail, food and beverage, and entertainment space, all within easy walking distance. If that lifestyle appeals to you, you’ll want to consider today’s featured property. Read on for details.
Five-Star Living
The Crosby Miami Worldcenter will be a luxurious, 33-story, mixed-use building. It will have 450 residences as well as high-end retail and a potential restaurant. Expected to be of five-star quality, it will offer 22,000 sq. ft. of amenities including:
- Rooftop, resort-style pool with jacuzzi & cabanas
- Rooftop restaurant & bar
- Italian-inspired trellis garden
- Fire-pit lounge with views of Biscayne Bay skyline
- State-of-the-art fitness center with plunge pools
- Clubroom with private dining
- Spacious coworking center
- Gaming lounge
- Curated museum-quality art in common areas
Additionally, The Crosby will have 24/7 security and concierge services.
Miami Worldcenter
The Crosby Miami Worldcenter will be located within Miami Worldcenter, a city within a city, 15 years in the making.
When complete in a few years, Miami Worldcenter will span 10 blocks and feature an open-air, pedestrian-friendly, shopping promenade along with restaurants, offices, hotels and an expo center. It will also have a walkable bar and nightlife scene as well as a 20,000 sq. ft. public plaza called World Square as an outdoor event space.
Miami Worldcenter sits adjacent to five interconnected transit systems – Virgin/Brightline, Metrorail, Metromover, Tri-Rail, and a free downtown trolley system – which serves commuters and visitors alike.
Located at the epicenter of the city, Miami Worldcenter is surrounded by museums, parks, sports venues, entertainment, luxury retail and signature restaurants.
No Rental Restrictions
The Crosby will have no rental restrictions, so owners can use their condos as they’d like. They can live there full time, use it occasionally as a second home, or consider it an investment.
Owners will also have the option of renting out their condo through a booking platform like Airbnb, HomeAway or VRBO or through any third-party management.
A Quality Development Team
The property is being developed by a team that includes The Related Group and Merrimac Ventures. The Related Group is a familiar name, as they’ve been developing extraordinary residential properties in South Florida for over 40 years. Merrimac Ventures also has extensive experience building resorts, residential properties and office space.
The architect is Cohen Freeman Encinosa Architects, a South Florida firm in business for over 40 years. AvroKO, founded in 2001 and with offices around the world, will be handling the interior design.
Pre-construction Pricing
Groundbreaking on The Crosby is scheduled for early 2023. Construction is expected to be complete by early 2025.
The Crosby will have studios, and one- and two-bedroom condos, ranging in size from 350 sq. ft. to 825 sq. ft.
The property has just been released for pre-construction sales. First-tier prices range from $330,000 to $746,000, although there are a limited number of condos available at family-and-friends pricing. All condos are delivered fully finished and furnished, ready for use.

Easy Access to Cruise Ports
One of the many perks of living in South Florida besides the weather (it’s in the mid-70s here today) is easy access to two of the world’s largest cruise ship ports: the Port of Miami and Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale.
Imagine how nice it would be to come to sunny Florida in winter, relax at your beautiful condo in The Crosby, and then hop on a cruise to the Caribbean.
If that sounds good to you, request my Crosby data sheet. Or, if you’re looking for something else in a Florida second home, give me a call with your parameters and I’ll share my insights on available properties that meet your needs.
Have a nice day.
