Over the past year, no area has generated more excitement than Orlando, Florida. I get more inquiries for the properties I offer in that city than any other. And I know of more developments there than anywhere else.
Unlike South Florida and places like Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Orlando still has undeveloped land. And, of course, it has world-class theme parks and attractions to serve as a draw. Factor in the restaurants, shopping, golf and sunshine, and you have the recipe to attract over 75 million annual visitors coming to Central Florida.
I have the inside scoop on a new condo hotel coming on the Orlando market within the next month. It’s surprisingly affordable and comes with access to some amazing amenities. The Terraces at The Grove Resort, located just 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance, will be the newest addition to the very popular Grove Resort & Waterpark, a property I’ve featured in the past.
So what makes The Terraces special? With very few exceptions, most vacation properties in Orlando have 2, 3, 4 and even as many as 10 bedrooms to cater to vacationing families. And prices typically start at $300,000+.
The Terraces, however, will consist of studio units starting under $200,000 and one-bedroom units starting at $229,000. And that includes all furnishings!
Because of the size and affordability of these condo hotel units, they will likely sell quickly. What also makes The Terraces so attractive is all the amenities:

Additionally, residents of the Terrace’s will have access to all of The Grove Resort’s amenities including:

As a condo hotel, you’ll be able to use your Terraces unit when you’d like and place it in The Grove Resort’s hotel rental program when you’re not there. The rent revenue it generates will help offset your costs of ownership.
The Terraces will only have 136 condo hotel units: 80 studios and 56 one-bedrooms. So if you’re interested, you’ll want to move quickly because the developer plans to begin promoting this development to the public in just two weeks.
