Nashville’s First Condo Hotel
It’s been a while since I first told you about Voce Hotel & Residences. Suddenly, I’ve had a lot of people exploring second-home investment opportunities in Nashville, so I thought I’d give you an update on Voce.
The development has now reached a milestone of 30% sold. That number is significant in that it confirms that the project is moving forward and allows site work and construction to begin shortly.
A Perfect Second Home
Voce Hotel & Residences will be a 25-story luxury condo hotel, the first one ever built in Nashville, TN. Expected to be a five-star luxury property, it will feature a boutique hotel with 116 rooms and 194 condo hotel residences. The residences are what I am offering you today.
As a condo hotel, you’ll be able to use your residence when you’d like and place it in the hotel’s rental program to earn revenue when you’re not there. The management company handles all reservations, maintenance, and housekeeping responsibilities, making for hassle-free vacation home ownership.

Hotel Occupancy Rates
Voce Hotel & Residences will be located along Nashville’s bustling West End corridor, where downtown meets midtown, in a thriving center of culture, creativity, and commerce.
It is the perfect second home to use while in town, whether it’s to enjoy Nashville’s exciting music scene, see a Tennessee Titans football game, or to visit your kids in college in Nashville.
Maintaining high occupancy rates shouldn’t be a problem for Voce Hotel & Residences. The area is seeing impressive growth.
In 2023, Nashville had record-breaking tourism numbers:
- Visitors: 16.8 million
- Visitor Spending: $10.77 billion
- Annual Hotel Occupancy Rate: 70%
- Nashville International Airport: 22.9 million passengers in 2023, an increase of 14.8% over 2022
The city’s popularity as a leisure destination is expected to continue, with the National Convention and Visitors Corp. (NCVC) forecasting 17.1 million visitors in 2024 and 17.5 million in 2025. And there are some other extenuating factors that could further build on those numbers.
- New Stadium: The new, 60,000-seat Nissan Stadium opens in 2027. It will be enclosed, so it can host events year-round regardless of weather conditions. The Stadium will host Titans games, Tennessee State University games, and a variety of other sporting, entertainment and world-class events such as Super Bowls, Final Fours, College Football Playoffs, WrestleMania and more.
- Investment in Tourism Infrastructure: Nashville has been investing heavily in expanding its tourism infrastructure, including new attractions, entertainment venues, and cultural experiences. These developments attract more visitors, creating higher demand for hotel accommodations.
- Convention Center Growth: The Nashville Music City Center continues to host major events and conventions, drawing large crowds to the city. As the convention scene expands, Nashville hotels benefit from increased bookings and occupancy rates.
- Improved Transportation Options: Enhancements to transportation, such as the expansion of Nashville International Airport and the introduction of new transit solutions, make it easier for travelers to access the city. This improvement not only encourages more visitors but also enhances the overall travel experience, boosting hotel demand.
Prices Start at $570,000
Groundbreaking on Voce Hotel & Residences is expected to take place by the end of 2024. Construction should be complete by the end of 2026.
Choose from condo hotel units that have studios, and one- to three-bedrooms as well as penthouse units with up to six bedrooms. Prices start at $570,000 and go up to $3,000,000+ for the penthouses.
