Eastline Nashville is a to-be-built, four-star quality condo hotel. A six-story development, it  will include a 50-key boutique hotel and 39 condo residences to be sold to individual investors.   

Condo owners will be able to place their residence in a professionally managed rental program and earn revenue when they’re not using their vacation home. They’ll have access to a secure portal that gives real-time updates on their condo hotel unit’s performance, including monthly statements and profit distribution.

Eastline Nashville will be located in the center of East Nashville, an area undergoing broad growth and redevelopment. The NFL’s Tennessee Titans’ new Nissan Stadium opens there in 2026 and the tech-giant Oracle is building a new tech hub that is expected to bring 8,500 jobs and $1.2 billion in capital investment to the region.

East Nashville has an ever-expanding collection of homegrown restaurants. Also a hub for musicians, local talent can be found performing every night of the week at intimate venues.

There’s no shortage of things to see and do in Nashville. Eastline Nashville will have proximity to iconic Broadway with its honky tonks (rowdy bars) offering live music, drinking, line dancing, dining and shopping. Music City further lives up to its name with the Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame and Musicians Hall of Fame. 

Construction on Eastline is scheduled to begin in mid-2025 and to be complete by early 2027.

Choose from one- and three-bedroom condo hotel units, ranging from 594 sq. ft. to 1,180 sq. ft. Prices range from $525,000 to $885,000 (subject to change without notice).

Owners wishing to rent out their residences through the management program will need to purchase a complete furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) package through the management.
