Live the Margaritaville lifestyle! The brand made famous by Jimmy Buffett is known for its carefree, laid back, tropical vibe resorts. And Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences in Playa Caracol, Panama will be no different.

It will consist of three mid-rise buildings with 181 luxury condo residences and 80 cottages, all just steps from a Pacific, white-sand beach.

The condos and cottages will be eligible for placement in the Margaritaville rental program that attracts visitors from all over the world. There are no living restrictions. Owners can use their vacation home whenever they’d like and place it into the rental program to earn revenue when they’re not there.

Playa Caracol, Panama, not to be confused with Playa Caracol Cancun, Mexico, is just 75 minutes from downtown Panama City. It’s known for its unspoiled, white sand beaches, warm Pacific waters and proximity to the Chame Mountains.

A world-class eco-tourism destination, it’s a lush tropical paradise full of waterfalls and lagoons. Owners and visitors will be able to go diving, wind surfing, fishing and do other water sports. The nearby towns have restaurants, supermarkets, tennis courts, golf courses and shops.

Many major U.S. cities offer direct flights to Panama City, such as New York, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, and Dallas. Canada and many countries in Europe also have direct flights.

The development team plans to begin construction on Margaritaville Playa Caracol in December of 2024 and to be operational by mid-2027. Choose from a selection of condo floorplans with one- to three-bedrooms and two-story, three-bedroom cottages.

All residences will be delivered fully equipped with appliances, air conditioning, fixtures and finishes. Furniture packages are available separately and are required for participation on the rental program.

Prices for the residences range from $338,000 to $725,000, (subject to change without notice).
