Maya Royale will be a five-star condo hotel resort spanning 27 acres that overlook a 15-mile stretch of beach. It will be located within a protected wildlife sanctuary in the coastal town of Sabancuy, along the Gulf side of the Yucatan Peninsula.

The resort will be built in three phases and will include a total of 200 condo hotel units. The first phase consists of 50 units, and that’s what is currently available.

Owners at this property will have an opportunity to participate in a professionally managed rental program and receive revenue when they’re not using their residence.

Maya Royale will have some unique features such as three kosher restaurants headed by global chefs as well as Mediterranean, Italian and select Mayan dishes. There will also be an on-site synagogue.

Maya Royale will be one of the only resorts in Sebancuy. The town lies on the Gulf of Mexico along the exclusive Palmer Peninsula. Its beautiful beaches are less crowded than most in Mexico, and the surrounding area offers breathtaking natural beauty as well as numerous historical and cultural sites.

Sabancuy has two international airports and also the new Mayan Train, which connects the main cities, attractions, and archaeological sites related to the Mayan culture. The train serves approximately 1,000 miles, making it convenient to travel to anywhere in the Yucatan Peninsula.

Construction on Maya Royale is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2024 and to be complete by the end of 2025. The individual condo hotel units will be delivered fully furnished and ready for owner use or to be rented out. They’re suites of 550 to 650 square feet.

For the first phase, available now, pre-construction prices for the condo hotel units start at $425,000.
