All three projects sold out before construction was completed. And many buyers generated sizeable profits by buying early and then reselling their units shortly after closing.
Ora Hotel and Residences has potential to be equally successful. The anticipated income from this project should be sufficient to pay all ownership expenses.”
The developer added, “Refinancing does not trigger taxes. So investors get their money back, an additional return, and keep holding this appreciable asset that is paying itself down.”
