Sycamore Orlando Resort will span 10 acres and consist of six buildings, each seven stories tall, and a total of 380 condo hotel units.
Owners of the condo hotel units will have a luxurious vacation home in a prime Orlando location. When not in residence, they can receive rent revenue through the onsite rental program to offset the costs of ownership.
The resort will feature over 25,000 square feet of entertainment space that includes:

The condo hotel units at Sycamore Orlando Resort will be designed with open-concept living areas. They will be delivered fully furnished and lavishly decorated. Kitchens and baths will feature contemporary cabinetry and quartz countertops.
Orlando attracts over 72 million visitors a year, making it the most visited city in the U.S. And Sycamore Orlando Resort will be close to everything that visitors want to see and do including:
- Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios’ theme parks
- Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and Volcano Bay water parks
- World-class sports facilities at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
- Hundreds of dining, shopping and entertainment venues
The resort is also convenient to Orlando International Airport, approximately 30 minutes away.
The developer of Sycamore Orlando Resort is also offering a seller leaseback program as a buyer incentive. For two years after completion of the property, the developer will guarantee a 10% return based on purchase price. If profits are higher than 10%, the owner gets the additional profits.
The developer will also cover all HOA fees during this two-year period. Owners can still use their unit up to 30 days a year, except during the blackout months of January, July and December.
Construction on Sycamore is expected to begin in June 2020 with the first of the six buildings completed by June 2021 and the last completed by June 2022.
Choose from floor plans with one, two and three bedrooms, ranging in size from 680 square feet to 1,483 square feet.
Prices range from $194,394 to $392,514, not including the cost of furnishings. Furniture packages range from $20,000 to $35,000, depending on the size of the unit. Furnishings are optional for owners who elect not to place their units into the rental program.
