It will be a stylish, 4-story building of luxury condo hotel units nestled between the existing Grove Resort buildings and the tree-lined shores of Lake Austin.

With very few exceptions, most vacation properties in Orlando have 2, 3, 4 and even as many as 10 bedrooms to cater to vacationing families. And prices typically start at $300,000+.

The Terraces, however, will consist of studio units starting under $200,000 and 1-bedroom units from $229,000+. And that includes all furnishings! Because of the size and affordability of these condo hotel units, they are likely to generate lots of interest.

With only 136 condo hotel units, 80 studios and 56 one-bedroom units, The Terraces will likely sell out quickly. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin summer 2020 with a completion data around December 2021.
