Voce Hotel & Residences will be a 25-story condo hotel, the first one ever built in Nashville, TN. Expected to be a five-star luxury property, it will feature a boutique hotel with 116 rooms and 194 condo hotel residences. The residences are for sale to individual investors.

While country music and barbecue remain at the heart of Nashville, the Tennessee city has much more to offer. Music City includes street art murals, coffee shops, craft breweries, and upscale dining, along with its iconic live-music venues and down-home hospitality. 

Voce’s location along Nashville’s lively West End corridor is convenient to many of the city’s top restaurants and retail areas enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. For nightlife, most people head to Broadway. The wide street has multi-story, neon-lit honky-tonks (bars and clubs), each with a different live music act. Other nearby attractions include:

Because Voce will be a condo hotel, owners will be able to use their residence when they’d like and place it in the hotel’s rental program to earn revenue when they’re not there. Reservations and guest check-in will be handled by Voce hospitality and management.

Tourism in Nashville has reached record numbers, with 9.5 million hotel nights sold in 2022 and demand projected to grow in 2023 and beyond. With 15 million visitors to Nashville, demand for hotel rooms was up 27% in 2022.

Groundbreaking on Voce is expected in early 2024 and construction should be complete by early 2026. A variety of floor plans are available including studios and units with one to three bedrooms. Square footage ranges from 611 to 1,436 sq. ft.

The residences range in price from $535,000 to $1,550,000. Also available are several penthouses that can be customized with up to six bedrooms with a price tag of $1.6 million to $3 million.

Voce Hotel & Residences

Owners who’d like to participate in the hotel program to receive revenue must purchase a furniture and design package that ranges from $30,000 to $50,000, depending on the size of the residence.
