Developed by the powerhouse team of Related Group and BH Group, the property will be managed by W Hotels and Marriott International.
Condo hotel unit owners will have an opportunity to participate in the Marriott’s rental program and earn revenue on their home. They’ll also be able to use their unit for up to 180 days per year.

Pompano Beach is about 35 miles north of Miami and less than 10 miles north of Fort Lauderdale. Historically, it’s known for its serene beaches, vibrant marinas and coral reef dive sites.
Today, it’s undergoing an exciting transformation. The city is investing heavily in infrastructure, including beach restoration and a city beautification process. A revitalized downtown area will featured a blend of cultural centers, recreational spaces, and mixed-use developments.
There’s also Harrah’s by Caesars Entertainment, which features 40+ live poker tables, 1,200+ slot machines, and digital gaming.
The Pomp is another development in the works. The 223-acre project will encompass over 25,000 sq. ft. of premier food and beverage venues. Additionally, it will have 1.3 million sq. ft. of retail and entertainment space, including TopGolf with its giant outfield targets as well as its own sports bar and restaurant.
Construction on W Pompano Beach is scheduled to begin in 2026 and to be completed in 2029. The condo hotel units include studios, one-bedrooms with den and two-bedrooms with den. They range in size from 578 sq. ft. to 1,922 sq. ft. Prices range from $770,000 to $2,325,000 and include all furnishings. (Prices subject to change without notice.)
