29 Palms at City Center will be a nine-story residential development containing 290 condos. With an impressive roof-top amenity center and large pool and spa, residents will feel like they are visiting a five-star resort.
The condominium building is part of a much larger, $400-million lifestyle development called City Center West Orange. A city-within-a-city, it will encompass restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.
The 29 Palms building will have a two-acre amenities deck on the seventh floor. Lushly landscaped, it will include a resort-style pool and sun deck, spa, cabanas with food and drink service, tennis, volleyball and walking paths. Other amenities planned for 29 Palms are:
- Impressive lobby
- Wine storage
- Club room with billiards, yoga room
- 24 hr. fitness room
- Group exercise room
- Racquetball Courts
- Wi-Fi
- Two air-conditioned racquetball courts
- Meeting & event rooms

The individual condominium residences at 29 Palms will feature open-concept designs and high quality finishes throughout. They’ll have upgraded custom kitchens and bathrooms including modern cabinetry, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, standard tile flooring (upgrades like wood floors are an option), spacious closets and a large private patio terrace.
The development in which 29 Palms will be located is the to-be-built City Center West Orange, a mixed-use, lifestyle destination that will have restaurants, cafes, wine bars, shops and entertainment, all within easy walking distance.
Buildout of the development will take approximately 10 years. When done, it will consist of 100 acres of lakeside property with approximately 20 buildings, including:
- 500,000 sq. ft. restaurant and retail space
- 200,000 sq. ft. medical and office space
- 1,500 condos/apartments
- 70,000 sq. ft. West Orange County Convention Center
- 5K trail with children’s play area
- Upscale shopping
- Grocery store
- Movie theater
The first residential building to be constructed will be 29 Palms. Its location is in Ocoee, a fast-growing suburb that abuts Orlando. Ocoee offers easy access to all the great attractions and activities in Orlando but is far enough away from the tourist areas to avoid the traffic.
29 Palms is within 15-30 minutes of:
- Disney World
- Universal Studios
- Sea World
- Disney’s Wide World of Sports
- Orlando International Airport
- Downtown Orlando
- Orange County Convention Center
- International Drive (shops, restaurants, attractions)
- Various arts, cultural and sports venues
Over 65 championship golf courses are within a short drive as are numerous shopping malls and premium outlet centers.
29 Palms can serve as a primary residence, second/vacation home or investment property. Owners will have the option to participate in a two-year seller leaseback program offering a 5% NET rental guarantee. All HOA fees, real estate taxes and management fees will be paid by the developer.
For international investors, 29 Palms can be the path to permanent residency. The EB5 Program grants Green Cards to families that invest at least $500,000 in a qualifying project, and 29 Palms has already been approved. Inquire for more details.
Site preparation on City Center West Orange began in January 2017 with all underground utilities and street work. Completion of this $20-million phase of the project is scheduled for late 2017. Then the groundbreaking for 29 Palms and the 200,000 square feet of retail space will take place. The target completion date is late 2019, approximately 24 months from start to finish.
29 Palms offers an array of floor plans with one to three bedrooms, all of which come with dens. The condos range in size from 693 square feet to 1,453 square feet. Pre-construction prices range from $192,000 to $349,000.
