Wellness will be the focus of this to-be-built, mixed-use development.  Aventura Park Square will be located in the center of Aventura.  It will have a state-of-the-art health center with equipment, trainers and classes to rival those found at the best fitness centers in the world.

When complete, the entire Aventura Park Square development will encompass five buildings consisting of:

Residents of Aventura Park Square will be able to enjoy all features of the community.  The condo building will also have its own amenities.  The fifth floor of the building will be a dedicated amenity deck that includes the following:

The building will have 24-hour security, a concierge, front desk assistance and valet parking.

Aventura Park Square will be 12 stories.  The first four floors will be parking.  Residences will start above the fifth floor amenity deck.  They will have 10 ft. ceilings with porcelain tile flooring throughout.  Kitchens will feature European-style cabinetry, designer fixtures and appliances and quartz counter tops.

Located midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Aventura Park Square will offer easy access to roads that head in either direction.  Aventura Mall, the fifth largest shopping mall in the U.S., is just a couple of minutes south from the development’s site.

Gulfstream Park is also nearby, offering thoroughbred horse racing, Las Vegas-style slot machines and poker.  Next to its clubhouse is The Village at Gulfstream Park, a vibrant center with stores, restaurants, nightlife and cultural activities.

Work on the Aventura Park Square development is tentatively planned for early 2015.  By mid-2015, construction of the condo building will get underway.  It is expected to be complete by mid-2017.

The condos come in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and can be reserved now.  They range in size from 900 sq. ft. to 1,829 sq. ft.  Prices start at $435,000 and go up to $895,000+.
