Azure will be a five-story luxury condominium to be built in Island Estates, a tranquil island neighborhood in Clearwater Beach, Florida. It will have 46 condo residences overlooking Clearwater Bay.

Construction on Azure is scheduled to begin in April 2021 and to be complete by April 2023. Currently, the condos can be reserved in this pre-construction phase at first-tier pricing.

Azure is being developed by two companies, Sunwest Construction and Lumar Holdings LLC.  Sunwest Construction has developed numerous successful projects in the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area over the last 20+ years including: Sandpiper’s Cove, The Hampton Inn, Pilazzo, and the Redington Shores Yacht and Tennis club.

In early 2019, Lumar Holdings LLC offered their first project on Clearwater Beach, The Avalon, a condo hotel that promptly sold out and is currently under construction.

Clearwater Beach is known for its soft, white sand and calm, clear waters. Visitors come to the area year-round to enjoy the beach and water sports like jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddle boarding. The beach was ranked #1 by TripAdvisor’s best beaches in 2019, the third time it’s won that honor.
