The developer of Eighty Seven Park is Bizzi & Partners Development, a global real estate firm with an impressive portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Europe and the Americas.

The architect is Renzo Piano Building Workshop led by Pritzker Prize winner Renzo Piano, who brings 45 years of creativity to his designs.  Interior design is by Rena Dumas Architecture Interieure.  Landscape design is by West 8 and lighting design is by Lux Populi.

Construction will begin in December of 2015 and is expected to be complete by early 2018. The condos can be reserved now in the preconstruction phase.

The condos come in a variety of floor plans with one to four bedrooms.  They range in size from 1,018 sq. ft. to 4,140 sq. ft. (not including the penthouse) and prices start at $1,600,000 and go up to $15,200,000+.
