La Sirene Residences will be a luxurious condo development on the tropical island of Ambergris Caye in Belize. It will consist of eight, five-story buildings, each just steps from the beach.

The development will have a total of 126 condo residences offering amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, the harbor or the onsite lazy river.

La Sirene is expected to have a hotel brand, but the details are not yet determined. Owners will be able to place their condo in the hotel’s rental program when they’re not using it and receive revenue to offset the costs of ownership.

Boat owners will love La Sirene because it will feature the first harbor on Ambergris Caye. It will have 50 slips with prioritized availability for condo owners.

The individual condo residences will have flow-through designs and modern finishes. They’ll each have a private balcony gorgeous views.

The kitchens will be finished with top-of-line, Euro-style custom wood cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless steel GE Profile appliances. And the master bathrooms will look like personal spas featuring cultured-stone walk-in showers.

Ambergris Caye is the largest Island in Belize and along with nearby San Pedro Town has plenty of restaurants and charming shops. But the real attraction, as you would expect, are the beaches.

Because of Ambergris Caye’s immediate proximity to the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the second longest barrier reef in the world behind Australia’s, visitors are attracted to the recreational water activities available such as snorkeling and scuba diving.

For the fishing enthusiast, Ambergris Caye is paradise, offering permit, tarpon and bonefish in abundance. 

A short 20-minute commuter plane ride or water taxi ride provides service to Belize City, with its magnificent rain forest areas and fascinating, ancient Mayan ruins.

Belize is less than three hours from many U.S. cities, such as Atlanta and Dallas, and less than two hours from Miami and Houston.

Construction on La Sirene began in 2016 and is expected to be complete by winter 2021.

The condos are available in a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,024 to 2,500 sq. ft. They’re priced from $510,000 to $1,100,000.

An additional eight four-bedroom penthouses have a whopping 12,500 sq. ft. and a $5.5 million price tag. Favorable financing is available.
