Luana Garden Villas will consist of 72 two-story private villa residences set amid exotic landscaping and with the clear waters of Kaanapali Beach just steps away.

Luana is the only new whole-ownership opportunity planned for West Maui. It is part of Honua Kai Resort & Spa, a master planned community that first opened in 2005. The villas will be the final phase of the development. Owners will be able to use the many amenities and services of the resort, which include:

The villas of Luana Garden range from $1,800,000 to $2,400,000. The developer has pre-arranged financing with local banks. If this is a second home purchase, the buyer should expect to place 30% cash down.
