Natiivo Ft. Lauderdale is a to-be-built condo development that combines the appeal of a private home with the hospitality options and amenities you’d expect at a five-star resort. With 41 stories, it will have a total of 384 condos (12 per floor).

Use platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com to find guests. Or they can allow Natiivo to rent it out for them if they’d prefer a hands-off approach.

Natiivo will have an impressive amenity floor. It will span 45,000 square feet divided into four categories:

Construction on Natiivo Ft. Lauderdale is expected to begin in summer 2025 with completion in late 2027.

The architect is Arquitectonica and IDDI is the interior design firm. Both are highly respected international firms based in South Florida.

The condos at Natiivo Ft. Lauderdale come in studios and one- to three-bedrooms, some with a den and all with spacious balconies. They’ll be delivered fully furnished and turnkey ready for owner use or rental.

Pre-construction prices range from about $600,000 to $1,450,000.
