Gary Cohen is the developer of Island Estates, the south island of the property, which consists of 21 exclusive mansions and a marina. Construction on Privé has already begun. It is expected to be complete by summer 2017.

The residences at Privé will range in size from 2,581 sq. ft. to over 6,200 sq. ft. of indoor space, plus expansive terraces. Their prices start at $2,100,000 and go up to $4,900,000. There are also a few “Special Collection Units” of approximately 6,000-9,500 sq. ft., which will cost up to $8.3 million+. Reservations on the residences are being accepted now with a 30% deposit.
