Privé is situated on an 8.3 acre private island in the Intracoastal Waterway. It is located at the epicenter of Aventura, accessible through the gated enclaves of Williams Island and Island Estates.

Gary Cohen is the developer of Island Estates, the south island of the property, which consists of 21 exclusive mansions and a marina. The architect for Privé is The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, which has 40 years of experience in designing and developing luxury high-rise properties in Florida including Apogee South Beach, St. Regis Bal Harbour, ICON South Beach, Trump International Hotel, Trump Royale, Trump Palace, 50 Biscayne, Porsche Design, Murano, and Murano Grande.
Finally, Privé’s interior design will be handled by Interiors by Steven G., widely known as most innovative and experienced interior design company in Florida. Its projects include Trump Hollywood, St. Regis Bal Harbour, Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach, ONE Bal Harbour, Ocean House South Beach, Grove at Grand Bay, The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Singer Island, and many others.
Construction on Privé has already begun. It is expected to be complete by summer 2017.
The residences at Privé will range in size from 2,581 sq. ft. to over 6,200 sq. ft. of indoor space, plus expansive terraces. Their prices start at $2,100,000 and go up to $4,900,000. There are also a few “Special Collection Units” of approximately 6,000-9,500 sq. ft., which will cost up to $8.3 million+. Reservations on the residences are being accepted now with a 30% deposit.
